   1.2 The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
   1.3 Personalized and custom-made items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during transit.

   2.2 Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
